iPod Problem streaming to AE

Is it possible to connect to the internet with one Wifi system and simultantiously send iTunes to the airport express? I'm using a PC laptop and my iTunes won't recognize my airport express remote speakers unless my AE is the primary WiFi connection for my PC.
But my laptop's primary wifi needs to be my DSL wifi connection.
