We are having a problem using the Ford sync system w/the iPad. We have viewed a utube video and followed instructions up to the point where the sync system tells us to enter the number provided by sync. The utube instructions say to enter the number onto the iPad. Problem is: where do we enter the number? There does not seem to be a field on the ipad for entering the number and no keyboard comes up on our iPad. On the video, the screen on the iPad does not show up well, so we can't tell how the instructor completes this step, except that he is typing the number. Help!!!
