Problem Syncing iPhone with iCloud

Hi

I arrange all my phone numbers in my Mac Book and they appear as it in iCloud but on my iPhone the numbers do not appear as I have them on my computer example on Mac 305 360 8756 and on my iPhone it appear 3053608756 I delete everything and sync again with the same result any coment please
