iPod Problem tagging movies with Lostify

I tried converting a movie to Apple TV format, using QuickTime pro's "Export to Apple TV" option, and the resulting movie plays fine everywhere, but when I try to open it with Lostify to add some tags to it, I get this:

Error while parsing file... AtomicParsley error: unsupported MPEG-4 file brand found 'M4VH'

Can anyone help me with this? Anyone know what this message means and why Lostify wouldn't be able to read the tags in a standard m4v file created by QuickTime?
