Problem to upgrade MBP late 2013 SSD M2

Hello,
I am french and I am looking for answers to the following question :
I have got a new PM981 samsung SSD M2 nvme (1TB) and an 17+3 / 12+16 connector (NGFF M.2 PCIe SSD (M Key)).
All seems normal but when I try to boot on with an USB flash key to reinstall High Sierra, the new SSD is not recognized.
Is there anyone who can help me to understand ?

Was the MacBook upgraded to high Sierra with an OEM apple SSD before installing the Samsung?

No it is the original apple (samsung) SSD. Thx
