Problem updating

Hi
I am trying to update from 4.1 to 4.3.3 by using this tutorial

but I always get an error on itunes
The iphone could not be restored.This device isn't elegible for the requested build.

and I already tried fixing the problem by adding a # before 74.208.10.249 gs.apple.com
and removed it by using an app called gas mask for editing hosts file but
still I got the same message.
