Plug in an external mouse and keyboard, then tilt the screen back and lean over it so you can see. You don't wanna try remove the cat, trust me.

Get a heavy batch process or encode started and get the MBP running at full pelt. You might find cats may not like being cooked.

Buy heated cat bet. Put next to MacBook Pro. Nirvana ensues. Or toss cat against wall. Hard to say which might be easier.

Well my cat would probably love the hot temp of the mbp's. He seeks out heat and where does he end up? Right on my left fan/gpu
