Problem viewing videos on mac

Recently all youtube videos have been getting all "glitchy?" The sound still works. And I can watch the video if I double click it into Full Screen mode, but if I just try to watch it normally it won't work. I am only having this problem in Google Chrome, not Safari. I've tried disabling all my Youtube related userscipts and extensions.

Any suggestions?
