Problem when I sync Notes

I'm a huge user of entering notes into the notes app that comes with the Iphone. For some reason wvery time I sync my phone with Itunes, all my notes get deleted. Any one know why this is happening or has anyone had the same problem? I have the box checked off for syncing notes in itunes.
 
Nope, it nevered worked. It use to work on my 3GS that was JB. When I bought the I4 is didnt work from the beginning even when I wasn't JB.
