mmmmmmm my internal kepoard dosn't work so i use external kepard

Then press the ALT key, if it is not a Mac specific keyboard, or press OPTION/Alt on the external Mac specific keyboard. It doesn't matter, if it is internal or external anyway, though Bluetooth keyboards seem to be a problem sometimes.

Your English is really hard understand.
Are you saying it is only the ctrl key that doesn't work?
In that case you still just press the alt/option key while booting. It is not like the whole keyboard doesn't work.

You need to press and hold the alt/option key. Next press the power button to start it up. Best hold the alt/option key until the screen shows you something. Takes a couple seconds be patient.
That something should be two or more harddrive icons on a grey background which you can click.

Install rEFIt

It's a replacement bootloader. It will give you a choice between OS X and Windows everytime you boot up.

It may take several reboots for it to work at first.
