I would like to use this forum or any other websites on one side of the screen and watch a video on the other side, but the problem is that this side becomes too small so that I have to constantly adjust with the arrows or minimize the font to be able to see it. The more I have to minimize the font, the more I have to bring my eyes closer to that part of the screen, which means I can't watch the video very well.

1. Is there any program that makes movies transparent so that you can watch it right below your browser without having to turn your eyes to the left or right?

2. Is there a function where you can make not only the browser fonts but any other fonts appear extremely large by default so that I can view it with my eyes at a distance (I am shortsighted), and this without having to scroll side to side from the font not fitting within certain widths?
