Problem with 10.12.3 Menu Bar...

Hello,
I'm new to the forums and I may have a silly question but here goes nothing...

When I try to click on my Siri icon on the menu bar or the notification center, I get nothing. Nothing happens. I've restarted multiple times, I'm running the most up-to-date OS/software, etc. I've relaunched my Finder a few times...

Is there any way I can fix this?
