Problem with 4.2.1 and IP Board forums

Just updated to 4.2.1 on my iPad and now I noticed a site I visit that uses IP Board forums doesn't work as well as it used to. I can post using the "Fast Reply", but if I try to quote someone or use the regular "Add Reply", then it won't let select the text area and the keyboard never cones up. It's weird that it worked fine with 3.2.....

Any one else notice this?
