i got an iphone 4s a few days ago and it was brand new and sealed but on my cellular usage it reads:
current period: 16 minutes,
which is about right

but lifetime: 52 minutes
There is no way I spoke on my iphone altogether for 52 minutes

why does it read that? I know it wasnt used because the box was sealed

I stored my Ipod touch data I had, would the facetime that I did on my Ipod touch 4g add on to lifetime usage?

because that would explain

Yes using facetime also counts against your time usage, I don't know why but it apparently does.
