After screwing around for 3 weeks I finally got my server to admit that it was their fault, and finally send me a new router.
At the same moment my Powerbook ( Pismo) died.... So I have to resort back to my old PowerBook G3 (4GBHHD+64Mb Ram) I plugged in the LAN Ethernet cable and it more or less works but the LAN Ethernet connection light on the router is Orange rather than Green.... which apparently means that I only have a conection of 10Mbits rather than 100Mbits ( green led).... The conect is real slow..;is there anything I can do about it or is just that the PowerBook G3 is too old for the router... thanks.
