problem with blacx

i have a blacx hd dock it was working fine with a western digital 400 gb hard drive now i can not get the drive to show up i checked the disk utility and its not showing up their ether the dock is working fine it acts like it is reading the hd but nothing i have an imac g5 17 inch can anyone help me
