Problem with blocked iPhone 5s.

The qestion is simple. I bought an iPhone on a online auction servis, iPhone is worked well, looks well, its oryginal iphone 5s 64Gb (ios 9.1 PB3), but he has a o2 UK simlock with blacklist.. this info. is sad 4 me, i was thinking dat iPhone is clean. I tried to unlock it but the imei is not in o2 databse, i tried to buy unlock in ebay, but i get this status, no in database. iP is 100% from o2 UK.

Even if you got it unlocked being black listed is still an insurmountable problem in the UK

Was the iPhone advertised as being unlocked?

IT`S to late, i start using this iphone about 2 weeks after purchase.. Now i cant do nothing. The seller tells me it`s o2 UK simlocked iphone, but there is no information about blacklist.. i can unlock O2 simlock easy, when it`s clear, But this iP is not. I got a o2 UK simcard and its wokrs fine in other carriers in my country, iPhone can connect to Orange, T-Mobile and other carriers.
