I just figure out my download problem that may be helpful for others.
When trying download using Safari or Firefox in took forever to open save file. No errors, nothing just white screen in firefox browser and maybe gray screen in Safari windows. After making some research I found that I have installed in my Firefox browser some additional plugins that I do not remember that I have been installed. This may be automatically be installed during Firefox or Safari updates..

So, I opened firefox browser menu: Tools>Add-ons. I found "Speed Download Plugin" that coused the problem. I simply disabled it and my problem gone. Now I can save downloaded files on my specific directory.

May be it is better solution and Speed Download plugin will work efficiently but I do not know. It looks like it tried automatically to redirect download direction but where?
