Good morning guys,
first of all, I'm apologize for my English but I'm Italian and I try to do the best haha
So, I explain my problem to you. When I turn off my Macbook Air 2019, something is wrong. After clicking Shut down, I can see my dock that doesn't disappear, it keeps to stay on the screen. After a few seconds, green lines appear for a moment and then everything is suddenly black. I think that it's a software problem because of dock behaviour when I turn off.
I don't know why! My Macbook never fell.
I hope that you can give me some solutions to this problem, and I guess that you understood me.
Thank you all
PS: the green lines don't appear always, while the dock is ever bugged when I turn off!
