I had a jailbroken phone and used Categories to organize my applications.

I had some recent trouble starting up my phone so had to do a restore through iTunes. This required me to update to iOS4, which went through successfully.

I sync'd all my data, including apps, but the apps previously hidden in Categories are no longer visible (though they show up on the list of apps to be sync'd in my iTunes).

Any way for me to see my apps again?

Thanks
Evan
