problem with connecting to a Microsoft VPN

Hi

at my workplace, we have a Microsoft VPN connection that allows colleagues to connect to internet via that connection.

This VPN connection is configured with "No encryption" method for encryption and with "Microsoft PAP" and not CHAP.

I made a VPN connection with PPTP protocol, but didnt find any setting for PAP and others.

Whenever I try to connect this VPN, "Authentication failed" will be shown.

Any help will be appreciated.
