Problem with Counter Strike Source

Hello, guys. I have a problem with fps in counter strike source. It looks like console cvar fps_max is 60. In fact, it 300. My fps is steady 60. That is unreal if 60 fps is the highest value on my Mac. Waiting for your help!

I have another question. I already read a lot of topics about cfg for cs:s on Mac.
In application support I haven't steam folder. Where I can find it?

There are two Library folders:

/Library and /Users/xxxx/Library (aka ~/Library).
