I just upgraded to an iPad 2 from my iPad 1. I restored from backup; everything went smoothly (although my folders weren't transferred for some reason). Now, I've had a digital subscription to the New Yorker on my iPad for a few months. When I started up the New Yorker-App on my new iPad 2 today, it didn't recognize me as a subscriber. My past downloaded issues were there, but when I clicked on the new issue that has just come out, it wanted 5 bucks for it instead of letting me download it as a subscriber. In my desperation, I actually tried to start a new subscription, only for the App Store to inform me that I already had one (duuuuh). Still, after I tapped the "subscribe"-button the App allowed me to download the new issue. However, it still doesn't allow me to download two recent issues I hadn't downloaded yet - even though I've been a subscriber all this time. What exactly went wrong here?
