Hi everyone,
I am trying to verify and repair my HDD through DISK UTILITY.
My HDD is encrypted using FileVault2.
As I go and verify my HDD with disk utility, it informs me that it needs to be repaired but in order to do so, I must restart my computer while pressing CMD + R and then use the Disk Utility function.
This is where my problem starts. When I do select my encrypted HDD, I must unlock it before it can proceed to the verification/repair of my HDD (remember that I am not logged in). Therefore, when it prompts me to enter my password, I do enter it but it always says that it is not the correct one.
I am 100% sure that I enter the proper password in order to unlock the drive but it just doesn't work and I am unable to repair my HDD.
What should I do?
Thanks,
