Problem with diskboot

Hello there!

I have an iMac 27 inches and i have installed also windows 7 with bootcamp because i use some programs incompatible with appstore.

My problem is this:
Almost every time i open the iMac i wait a long time to boot in the software. When i log in to Mac partition, then i cannot see the Windows hard drive partition. Also, if i plug in a flash drive, its not read, i have no sound and from the keyboard i can increase and decrease the volume but still in mute mode.
If i restart then all these problems disappear.

Any ideas?
