Problem with Duet, Mic signal fine but no sound out

Hi guys, here is a new one, I have logic studio, a MacBook pro 17 High Res, 2.26 GHZ, 1TB HD a Apagee Duet (original) and I have used this thing on the go many times with iMacs and a few other machines on location, but with the mbp17 all the sudden I get no output signal, yet I see the mic levels fine with 48v phantom and all.

Anyone know why or what I can do to make it work please let me know, thanks!
