Hello,
It's been almost a month since I got my i7+, however, I have been having problems with the Lightning port. Sometimes when I was listening to music the song would randomly be paused and buttons on the earphones would not work. When I pressed play (by using the phone, watch etc.) there would either be no sound at all or the sound would be played from the speakers.
I went to Apple Store twice for this problem, firstly they cleaned the port and they wanted me check I still have the same problem, and when I went there for the second time (as apparently the problem persisted) the replaced the phone.
However, the other day I was listening to music (from the replacement phone) and I accidentally touched the EarPods connector and the same thing happened. It's been several days since I got the replacement and I have only had this problem once (while the other one would do it once in every 2-3 hours)
Anyone had a similar problem?
In addition to this, I think the replacement phone works slower than the one I gave back to Apple. I was thinking that it's maybe because I restored it from a backup, but that's what I have done for the old one as well (and it was from a 6s)
PS: I have two pairs of Lightning EarPods and I have experienced this problem with both of them
