Problem with events and GMT / DST issue

Hi,

I've got a problem with a client who's creating an event on his Windows PC in Outlook.

He creates it for 21:30 on one day - this shows as 21:30 to 22:00 on his iPhone but when you click to edit on the iPhone you find it has been recorded as 20.30 to 21.00 with a GMT time zone!

Any ideas?
