Problem with flash player

Need some troubleshooting help... I believe this has something to do with flash, but not sure. I've always had flash issues on every computer I've owned, so my first assumption is flash related.

I have an iMac 3.06 ghz/6GB ram on version 10.6.8

My issue is that when I use Pandora the audio will occasionally hesitate for a brief second about every 20 seconds. I have plenty of memory and this happens even when ALL other programs are closed besides for my browser.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It happens in youtube too, so it must be a flash problem. It seems like my computer isn't distributing enough memory for it or something...
