I'm using MacOS Mojave 10.14.2 and Safari 12.0.2 — both of which are the latest releases.

Whenever I access Google using Safari, the resulting page is complete unclickable.

I use Wipr 1.4 as my content blocker and I have the Honey extension which finds discount codes automatically.

Anyone know what the issue might be?

I don't have the problem with Google Chrome. But I'd prefer to not have to keep using that for searches.

You might need to reset Safari and remove its cookies, history, cache.
First, try these steps:
Quit Safari -> After that press and hold the Shift key on your keyboard and launch Safari again.
If it doesn't do a trick, open Safari Preferences: remove cookies, history, cache. Reboot your Mac.
