Problem with GPS widget updating

I am using Mone's iMatte widget/theme, and while it works fine upon respring (grabs the correct city Nd updates the weather correctly), it won't refresh during normal operation. I have to respring to get it to update. I have looked at the HTML, and it should update every 10 minutes, but it just doesn't. Any suggestions?

Got it figured out. Had to turn on a switch in MyLocation.
