iPod touch Problem with Handbrake while changing format for Touch

I ripped my DVD using MacTheRipper directly to my harddrive, and ended up with a .VOB file that's around 6GB. I then opened up Handbrake, but the problem is that I can only select the first chapter or something, which is 4 min or so in length.

Anyone know what I did incorrectly, and how I can fix it? The pull down tabs won't let me select a different chapter range to encode. My only option is ch.1 - ch.1.
