Apparantly iTunes has updated their terms of service, so when I click on it and click agree. It takes me back to install but then the terms pop up again. It won't let me get past it even though I am agreeing to their terms. Anyone else having the problem?

Not just you .... Having the same issue...

Yep. It's broken. Bravo. It being a Sunday night, just go to bed. This won't be fixed until tomorrow.

Having the same problem... doesn't work when trying from iTunes on Mac or with the App Store app on iTunes.

I don't know why they force people to accept the term changes (legal, I guess).

It's not like anyone reads them anyway.

Any time you experience weirdness, try a hard reset (hold home/power button at same time until white apple shows up, release). This takes care of all sorts of odd things. Whenever there's been a lot of activity (as when a person gets a new phone, downloads lots of apps, restores, etc) - it pays to do the hard reset from time to time. Settles everything into the memory and eliminates lots of problems.
