Problem with iPhone 5 today?

My wife had an issue with her iPhone 5, with IOS 7 update, today while shopping.

All of a sudden the icons got really big and the text was also very large and she couldn't scroll. We had a heck of a time shutting it down, but finally was able to do a shut down and restart; all was well after that.

We have an iPad 3 and iPad Mini with IOS 7 update and have had no issues.

Just wondering if any of you guys have experienced our issue.

She probably pressed a couple things by accident...just reset it, hold power and home buttons till screen turns off keep holding till apple logo comes on and let go.

Perhaps the zoom accessibility function got turned on.
