Hello all
I updated my iPhone 4 with iOS5 today. Before restoring, i backed the phone up, but after updating, it didnt restore my data. I checked the mobilesync folder, it has two backups. One of them is 3 mb and the other is 3.3 gb. And the latter one is the real backup but it has a folder called snapshot andonly 1 plist file called tht status.plist. It has a lot of files with no extension in the snapshot folder. Can I restore my data anyhow from this folder. Its really important for me to have the data. Please help me

Thanks
Saadat

Calm down man. Plug in your phone, and look at your phone on the left side bar on itunes, right click on it and choose restore from backup.

It doesn't show any backup, except for the new one it created after restore. It has nothing in it. But I do have some files totaling to 3.3gb, which was the total used space before restore.
