problem with iphone mobile data

i bought an insurance + 5OOmb mail and surf.
but i dont know how to activate it. My provider is mobistar.
they said i need to change the mobile data network
can someone pls help me?

i bought 500mb internet evry month, need to pay 10 euros a month.
but i have to activate it.

i should change something of my cellular data network but i dont know what.

Settings > general > network > cellular data network. Change the apn to iphone.mobistar

could not activate cellular data network. you are not subscibed to a cellular data service

it should be on, i called a mobistar shop and they said it was on, but they cant help me if i dont go there....
