problem with iphone

i have recently jailbreaked my iphone with sn0wbreeze
when i turn on my iphone, it stay freezing on the startup screen with , and restart after a while,
i can only boot it normaly using ibooty

hopefully before you jailbroke it you saved a restore point. if so, do a full restore then i'd use greenpois0n if you really feel like you need to

How can you give him advice to use greenpois0n if you don't know which Iphone he has and/or IOS version?

Greenpois0n does not work at all with 3G.

basebande 5.16.01

The reason you have to boot it with ibooty because it is tethered jailbreak. Since you have 4.3 firmware, there isn't untethered jailbreak yet. Hopefully, it will come soon. Greenpois0n does not work on 4.3 yet.
