Problem with iPhoto sync to Apple TV

Help! I am struggling with synchronising photos from iPhoto to AppleTV. The error I get in iTunes (OS X 10.5) is error -50. I haven't had this error before and have been happily viewing photos on my Apple TV for over a year now. I suspect it may be an update to either iPhoto or iTunes which may have caused the problem.

Anyone got any ideas?
