Problem with ipod+printer promo (europe)

I bought my iMac with an ipod and a printer. I want to get the rebate and i printed out everything from the promo page, now i need to send the the rebate paper with ean-code and everything. the only problem is that i only have one one ean-code for my imac and i need two of them.
since i have to send them to two similar but different addresses i don't know what to do:

perferct companion (ts10)
po box 33
ross-on-wye
hr9 7wa
united kingdgom

and

apple bts rebate
po box 33
ross-on-wye
hr9 7wa
united kingdgom

You don't need to send the actual labels. Both times I have sent off for a rebate I have just sent photos of them and I had no trouble getting the money back.

really? well why can't they just say that on their instructions then... save having to carve up the box etc... looks messy! lol
