So, my Ipods been working just fine until today. It starts up normally. After I slide it to unlock it, it restarts itself again. I can't even open an app before it restarts. I don't know whats wrong.. Any clue?

Sounds like a restore is in order for your iPod Touch. A restore will reset your iPod to factory setting which should clear up and issues you are experiencing.

You connect your iPod to your computer and open iTunes.
In iTunes, you will see your iPod listed in the left-hand column.
Click on your iPod and you should see an option to "Restore" your iPod to factory settings. All your music, photos, apps, etc... will have to be synced back after the restore.

Do this and everything should be fixed. This happened to me before (Not to your extent) but it was quite annoying and a restore was needed.
