Problem with iTunes after Computer Sleep

When I'm watching a movie on iTunes and I put it on Full Screen, it'll go to my screen saver when I pause the movie. When I go back to the movie, it goes to a "Fit to Screen" view. The thing that's puzzling is that my dock is not showing up. Does anyone else have this problem?
