Am attempting to log into my iTunes account and am getting this message box:

"You do not have enough access privileges for this operation". When I click the "Okay" button it dissappears. I then go to account signin and enter my Apple ID and Password and then get this "This action could not be completed. Try again". Any ideas on what is going on, thanks for any help.

iTunes Ver is 12.8.0.150
Not sure if this is the issue, see screen shot of iTunes permissions (I have never changed them recently) Not sure if this is the issue and if so what should they be to allow me access as per normal since today.
