i did every this i need to do for jailbreaking ipod touch but when i click on windows in the jailbreak 1.1.2 folder nothing hapeens.. its not opening... i tried like 3 times and its coming again and again.. some 1 knows what is the problem ?

I read that you need to have java runtime environment installed.... I assume this is your problem??
ummm.. :S i dont know .. but likw i was saing when i click windows nothing happens.. u know what is the problem ? i got windows vista.. but i dont think its the problem..

yo do have to extract the files.. that has nothing to do with java at all....
