After this upgrade, safari fails to properly render some websites. I've unchecked every box I could find in Safari Settings, I have no extensions and it was working tolerably well until I upgraded yesterday. Here's an example:

In Safari -

Same URL in Firefox -

I'm running Sonoma 14.7 on my 2018 iMac 21.5.

I've also tried refresh and restart Safari, and restart Mac.

Have you tried Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data... delete the data for sites which don't seem to render.

How do I get the site too appear in the window? When I put it in the search box, nothing happens:

That site looks normal in my 18.1 Safari on 15.1 Beta 4.

Deleting website data can always help. If you know all your logins I would recommend to remove everything. I do this at least 2-3 time per week, sometimes daily.

Do you use any special extensions?

You can also try just deleting the cache (everything in this folder):

Thanks. Deleted the caches - no go. There seems to be a whole host of sites that I can't open - I get the 'Safari can't open this page'.

I put Las Provincias in the search box of the Manage Website Data window and nothing happens.

Humble pie time! I've been down this road before - my problem was Little Snitch. Just disabled it and all is fine. Apologies!!

15.0 was by the way, at least for me, the only developer beta 1 installed on day 1 of release that didn't break Little Snitch. But I upgraded to version 6 later anyway.

Maybe you blocked something in Safari and have a look at the Rules list.

Are you still on version 5?

I'm on Little Snitch 6.1.1.
You're right - I can set the rules to allow Safari to work properly in conjunction with LS - I must have a go at that. Many thanks.
