Problem with Left to Right scrolling in iTunes

Recently I noticed that whenever I open the iTunes store I no longer have a left to right scroll bar at the bottom of the page. Therefore I can't see anything on the right side of the page without making the whole window bigger. This is not normal, and did not happen in the past.

Is this a glitch from a recent update? Anyone else having this problem?
Thoughts on how to fix it?

I am running Leopard (10.5.8).

i have the same issue, i think it is 9.0.3 related, however i have noticed it does not do it on anything else except the iTunes Store

How would I report something like that so that they can fix it in the next update?
