Problem with lots of open google pages in Safari?

I swear sometimes I have like 4 pages of google open when I come back to safari for the first time in a while. I also swear I'm not opening pages of google. Any one else?

Also, I'm the only one that fiddles with my phone. it's strange. iphone 4.
