Problem with MacBook Battery Bay!

I wouldn't shake my laptop around like that when it's still on... Even though you closed the top the HD is still running for a short while.

You may want to turn off your laptop, and take a small/thin screwdriver to see if it will come open. If that doesn't work go to the Apple store.

Yeah I know, the shaking was tad excesive, didn't have alot of time to record so I could not really wait

id say butter knife gently around the edges see if you can for lack of a better word pry it out.
