Problem with Mail accounts - Gmail

So I have 3 Gmail accounts programmed into my iphone. I only realized recently that on the account I use rather frequently when I hit edit... and choose somethig the option is to delete... but for the other 2... the option is archive. So I looked through the options under settings and I do not see anything that sticks out that I can change to fix this.. some help?
