Problem with mbp 15 mid 2010

Hi everybody I have a mbp mid 2010 15 inch I5 that is really behaving strangely. Sometimes it just reboots and sometimes when I try to start it after a kernel panic I get three loud beeps. I have tried reinstalling the system but nothing seems to work. Is there anyone who have had problems similar to this? Could it be faulty ram? Thank you.
