problem with mic iphone 7 latest iOS installed

i've iphone 7 and i've a problem with the mic on apps like whatsapp and facebook messenger.
when i record a voice message it can barely hear me. and sometimes it's works fine.
its very weird because in the iphone stock record app its works fine always.
any idea for solving the issue?
